Rosebud Highland Park opened on March 21, 2026, and it's already becoming part of the neighborhood. It's a relaxed, easygoing space that reflects East LA, with a team from the local area and proud to serve it.

A full kitchen, a bigger menu

Unlike our Pasadena café, Highland Park has a full kitchen, so there's much more to eat here. Come for breakfast, stay for lunch, and bring someone hungry.

More than a coffee shop

Highland Park has plenty of good coffee, and we love that. We also want to be known for something more: giving young people a real job, real training, and a good place to work. Every team member here is building skills for what comes next, and every cup you buy helps make that possible.
