  • 90% of participating youth secure employment following our job skill training program

  • 8 youth transitioned from trainees to employees at Rosebud

  • $49,542 in wages page to youth baristas by Rosebud

  • Partnerships built with 5 local non-profits to identify candidates from the over 2,274 (and rising) homeless and thousands of low-income TAY youth in LA county

 

2022-2024

  • Our non-profit, Coffee with a Cause, formed

  • 8 transitional age youth employed

  • $13,127 in wages paid to youth baristas by Rosebud

  • Partnerships built with 5 other local businesses to provide internship opportunities, with more in the works

  • Up to 20 youth currently accepted to the program each quarter for job skill training and internships, with hopes to increase each year
